You can check the status of your order by entering your e-mail address, order number or phone number above.
1. The order is temporarily stuck in the sorting centre of our courier service.
2. The status is not always accurately updated by the system. In both cases, your order is on its way and we check it every few days. In most cases, your parcel is almost home by then.

The Track & Trace code is usually sent once the parcel has left the sorting centre. This e-mail may also end up in your spam box. Not received? If the search function on this page shows that your parcel has been sent, it has been sent and it won't take long for you to receive it.
The processing time for each order is 1-4 working days. After this, the order will be shipped.
In some cases, we have to ship the products from our warehouse in France. These orders are shipped by boat. Then, unfortunately, delivery takes a little longer.
